Cancellation Policy

Non-Cancellable Items

The following products cannot be cancelled under any circumstances once an order is placed:

• Silver Articles, Coins & Bars
• Customized Orders
• Auspicious Products
• Gift Vouchers
• Solitaire
• Make-to-Order & Special Products

Cancellation Restrictions

Orders over ₹1 Lakh are not eligible for cancellation once placed.

SCR Silvers' Right to Cancel Orders

SCR Silvers reserves the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances:

• Limited inventory of the product
• Pricing or product information errors
• Quality issues identified during inspection
• Insufficient customer information or failed verification
• Suspicious or potentially fraudulent orders
• Natural calamities or unforeseen circumstances
• Serviceability issues at the delivery address

Return Policy

• Return Window: Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Required Documentation: To process a return, please provide:
  • A video of the packing process and courier handover
  • Valid Government ID proof
  • One bank document: bank statement, passbook front page, or cancelled cheque
  Send the required documentation via email and WhatsApp.

• Orders Over ₹1 Lakh: Refunds are not possible for orders exceeding ₹1 lakh. Exchanges are available for such orders.
• Silver & Certified Products: For silver and certified products, we will initiate a refund or exchange only after verifying their authenticity.
